No luck. What else could it be? Check that you can connect to both the system and the company database in dbSetup. Thanks got a real scary moment there. I've tried now with disabling UAC completly and the error message has changed. OCX Cannot copy file to destination directory. I'm testing on a terminal server. Is this file to be copied to the terminal users profile or which folder could that permission relate to?
The file should sit in the folder where the rest of the Accpac programs are found. That file will be within the AM56A folder or whatever version you're running. If you can run it as administrator then it is a permissions issue. You may want to restrict this type of traffic with a webtype ACL. However, there are some problems with that. First, if you enforce such rules in the firewall the clients will not be able to open other websites while their WebVPN session is active.
Sometimes the ACL denies servers despite a permit statement. The concept is similar to split tunneling of VPN clients and it is called tunnel policy. We can set hostnames and IP addresses and the application will only send those requests into the tunnel. The floating toolbar icons never disappear to remind you of this.

Also,open user account,see if parental is disabled,see if Adm is set. If it still fails,re-open Win in safe-mode,disable parental software,set user account to Adm.
