The illusion looks great. It's certainly only for very specific times as Doomo advises not at the next kids show. Under the right circumstances this is extremely strong. You will not be disappointed with this one, because Sean Fields has really come through. This is an awesome effect. All of my spectators were grossed out, and most of them didn't want to watch me finish pulling the thread out of my neck. This is one of my favorite effects. Sean does a great job in the explanation, and the way he performs it in the presentation is extremely disturbing.
The trick is impressive for the show but is extremely simple and could be explained in few words. You don't learn much with the dvd. In all and all it gets killer reactions but it's not for everyone, do your homework and decide you will either love it or hate it.. From the streets of Winnipeg comes another great trick. You will need to take a lot of time to set it up but it is worth it. The only downfall is that it isn't for everyone. You do need to have a good amount of loose skin on your neck to make it look good. Also, it may not fit in with your style. If you are working an executive job then this one may not be appropriate.
Aside from that, this one is great. Very cool and fun to gross people out with!! I fell in love with this effect the first time I saw it. It is very easy to do and the dvd is loaded with a ton of additional handlings. I like "Trachea" more than the original handling. When you see the dvd you'll understand why. This is such a great trick to do for shows and street performances.
